What does it look like when rivalry is broken down and peace is established? What does it look like when Christians begin practising peace in our community? This year our team serving in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve reached out to our network of local churches, and thanks to them, we were able to recruit several excellent volunteers committed to God and His mission.
Here's a few words from Fredielly, one of our summer employees at Entr'Ados who's been with us for the past four years: “Our volunteers don’t always realize the extent of what they bring to the team with their ideas and abilities. I was particularly touched by one of our volunteers, how she spent her time and energy and dedicated herself selflessly. She reminded me of what it is to be zealous for God and animated by His love for others without waiting for something in return. Christian Direction provides a network and a space for transformation of anyone who joins the mission of our team. I am happy to be able to witness this year after year.”
