Connecting leaders with a shared commitment to our city.
This May, we facilitated an immersive prayer walk in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. A specially composed prayer was broken down into five stations leading through this beautiful neighborhood. At each station, participants were invited to read parts of the prayer and participate with an action, such as writing a prayer on stones, planting flowers, or watering a newly planted tree.
The project was facilitated by a gathered group of engaged Christian workers, from diverse church backgrounds. The goals of the project are to break down isolation and strengthen fellowship and collaboration. The fruit of such work is a strong witness of Christian care and concern for the neighbourhood, and for creation!
