My name is Jacynthe Vaillancourt and I joined Christian Direction in September
2006.

Initially, I was passionate about working with communities. So I quickly made my
way from doing one-on-one interventions with youth to embrace community
development that I did for more than 10 years.
My vocation was clarified through my gifts and skills in organisation and strategy,
and today, I support the different teams at Christian Direction in advancing their
mission.

My vision is to see Christians practise peace and work toward the well-being of
the city. To inspire Christians to live a committed life of loving their city, we must
do likewise, it starts with us at Christian Direction. My actions and my ministry
align themselves in this direction to accomplish this vision.
